Swale Borough Council is reviewing its current Customer Access Strategy.

As such, the Borough Council wants honest feedback about how people get in touch, to help understand what's working well and where there need to be improvements.

Residents are encouraged to complete the survey and every resident who completes the survey can enter into the free prize giveaway. Everyone who enters the giveaway will receive a 7-day Gym, Swim & Workout Classes membership at Swallows Leisure Centre or Sheppey Leisure Complex. Additionally, one lucky person will win a 1-year membership for Gym, Swim & Workout Classes.

Residents can take part by completing the online survey.

Alternatively, residents who prefer a paper copy or need assistance filling in the survey, can speak to a member of staff at Swale Community and Voluntary Services. Their address is:
