Priority Services Register

As part of the Utility Networks Partnership, Southeast Water has created a joint video promoting the Priority Services Register (PSR).

Working together with 11 other water, gas and electricity companies they have come up with an innovative way to help people understand the PSR in very simple terms. The video clearly sets out who is eligible to sign-up and what services they can expect to receive as a result.

As our services are our customers’ lifelines, it is crucial that we do everything we can to get the message over to vulnerable people about the extra help we can all provide when it is needed most.
