Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of Iwade Road, Newington from 28th July 2025, with estimated completion by 30th July 2025, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed in the vicinity of Happy Pants Ranch, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Iwade Road, Church Lane, A2 High Street, A2 Boyces Hill, A2 Keycol Hill, Key Street Roundabout, Sheppey Way, Stickfast Lane and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
